Made to order & withdrawal

Standard made-to-order pieces in fixed sizes qualify for the 14-day statutory withdrawal right from delivery where no exclusion applies. See our withdrawal policy.

Custom-length pieces are made to your chosen length and are not eligible for withdrawal where permitted by law.

Returns

Please contact us at info@atelier3k.de before returning goods so we can coordinate the process. Where you exercise your right of withdrawal, return items unused and in original packaging where possible.

You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the purchase price in accordance with our withdrawal policy to the payment method originally used.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible by arrangement if the size or variant you want is available. Email info@atelier3k.de.

Defects

Statutory warranty rights apply to defects. Please contact us promptly with photos and your order number.
